Breakfast
There is always no time to cook in the morning, but breakfast should not be skipped. Here are a few ideas on how you can quickly refresh yourself to get energy for the entire first half of the day.
1. Dried Fruit Oatmeal
Heat ½ liter of milk in a small saucepan. Add 6 tablespoons of oatmeal and cook over medium heat until boiling. Add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, lower the heat and cook for a couple more minutes.
In the meantime, chop a few prunes and dried apricots and some nuts. Add them to the finished porridge along with butter.
2. Scrambled eggs in bread

Then break an egg into the center of the bread, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs and fry until the egg white sets. Put on a plate and enjoy the original fried eggs.
3. Tomato omelet

5. Avocado sandwich
Dry the rye bread in a pan or toaster. During this time, chop the tomato and a small avocado. Drizzle the vegetables with two tablespoons of hummus and a pinch of oregano. Spread on bread and enjoy.

You can provide yourself first for the week ahead - borscht and cabbage soup are great in the refrigerator for a week and only become tastier. But for the second, there is always not enough time and energy. But something tasty can be prepared in a hurry.
13. Macaroni and Cheese in a Mug
Heat 1/2 cup milk in a large mug (one minute in the microwave will suffice). Add 2-3 tablespoons of thin pasta and microwave for another 3 minutes. Then remove, stir, sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for another minute.
14. Cheesy scrambled eggs
Pour ½ cup of oatmeal with 2 cups of boiling water. Let stand a couple of minutes. At this time, grate the cheese (100–200 g), chop the green onion and pass the garlic through the press. Add all this to the oatmeal, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

18. Fried squids
Peel squid carcasses, cut off the tail, remove the cartilaginous “arrow”. Rinse and dry thoroughly with paper towels inside and out. Cut the squid into rings about 2 centimeters thick, roll in flour and salt batter and deep-fry (one minute on each side). Remove excess oil with paper towels.

26. Bruschetta
Brush loaf or bread for toast with butter mixed with garlic and toast for 1-2 minutes in the oven. Top with slices of mozzarella or other cheese of your choice, then diced tomatoes with chopped basil, seasoned with olive oil and salt, pepper and other spices. How to make classic lazy cottage cheese dumplings? Prepare food. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content, but the tastiest dumplings are obtained from fatty, rustic cottage cheese. The amount of flour is approximate, it can take more or less, it depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese.

We prepare the dough for dumplings so that it does not boil soft during cooking. Take a bowl, put cottage cheese in it. It is not necessary to wipe it through a sieve, even if it is grainy. After all, these are lazy dumplings. Everything is done quickly and simply. Crack an egg into the curd, add salt and sugar.

Mix the quark and egg until smooth.

Start adding flour, spoonful at a time, stirring after each addition. The dough should eventually become thick and gather in the center of the bowl. But do not overdo it, you don’t need to make it too steep - the dumplings will turn out floury, not cottage cheese. I had purchased 5% fat cottage cheese, it took exactly three heaping tablespoons of flour. If your cottage cheese is very wet, add more.

Flour a table or work surface. Take a small portion of the dough. Dip it in flour and roll it into a long sausage 2-3 cm wide.

Cut the sausage into strips about 1 cm wide. I always cut a little diagonally to make diamonds. My mother used to do this, and she spied on it in kindergarten. Transfer the finished portion of dumplings to a board sprinkled with flour. Make the rest of the dumplings in the same way from the whole dough.

Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan or saucepan, season with salt. Throw a portion of dumplings into the water. Do not leave everything at once - they will cook closely and they will stick together. Stir so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom. Boil the dumplings for a minute after they float to the top. You don't need to cook it longer - they can fall apart.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the dumplings to a plate. Immediately add the next portion and cook it in the same way. Serve the dumplings hot with butter or sour cream. They are quite a bit sweet, you can serve them with condensed milk or jam. I like dumplings sprinkled with sugar on top.
Without false modesty, I can say that I can cook lazy dumplings. I've been doing them for a long time and all the time. With experience, it came how much flour should be put in so that they do not fall apart and become hard. I'm sure it will work for you too!
It is important to carefully consider the choice of cottage cheese. A poor-quality product can spoil the finished dish, as it directly affects the texture, taste and final result. Choose fresh, natural cottage cheese, without impurities, signs of spoilage (unpleasant smell, heterogeneous color, separated whey). Do not forget to pay attention to the consistency (dry, wet, smooth or grainy, soft or pasty), as well as the fat content of the product.
