    • Pumpkin - half a kilo,
    • Premium flour - 200 g,
    • Cream 30% - 70 g,
    • Milk - 70 g - 7 Butter 90.0280028
    • Powdered sugar - 50 g,
    • Egg white - 2 pcs,
    • Chicken egg - 2 pcs,
    • Sugar and salt to taste.

    How to cook:

First prepare the dough. In a deep bowl, beat 1 protein, powdered sugar and butter. Secret: add a grain of salt so that the protein is whipped as magnificently as possible.

While stirring, gradually add the flour. Knead the dough.

    Stuffing.

Pumpkin must be pulped and cut into cubes.

Simmer the cubes in a separate bowl at 180C in the oven until they are soft.

    Mix with a blender.

Add 2 raw eggs and protein. Continue whisking. nine0003

Slowly pour in the milk and cream in a thin stream, one at a time.

    Mix well again.

The mixture is ready when it reaches the consistency of a soufflé that holds its shape.

Finally, pour the pumpkin soufflé into the dough basket.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C from half an hour to 45 minutes.
