Lactana Bio 1 is suited as sole nutrition from birth if the baby is not being breastfed. Likewise, you can use it after you have stopped breastfeeding or if the baby is no longer sated using Lactana Bio Pre.       Preparation for all powdered formulas (also consistent with US FDA guidelines):
      1. Boil water and allow water to cool down to 120 degrees Fahrenheit (50 °C)
      2. Pour in 2/3 of the total necessary amount of boiled water into a clean and sterilized bottle
      3. Using the scoop provided with your formula (as scoop sizes vary by brand), and add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder (1 leveled scoop of powder per 1 oz / 30ml of water)
      4. Close the bottle with the nipple and cap and shake vigorously to mix
      5. Add the remaining 1/3 of the water to the bottle and shake again
      6. Cool to drinking temperature (approximately 98 degrees Fahrenheit or ~ 37 °C) and ALWAYS test the temperature of the milk before feeding to avoid scalding or burning of your little one

      NOTE: Although many users reported no negative consequences in using distilled water without boiling it, we do not recommend this approach, as per US FDA guidelines.

       

                             MIXING AND FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS (HiPP PRE)

      Please Note:

      • Once the inner foil bag containing your formula has been opened, use it within 2-3 weeks. Do not store in areas with high humidity or heat.
      • Please consume the formula within one hour of its preparation. Any unused prepared formula should be discarded within one hour.
      • Please do not microwave bottles or formula.

                  100 years of experience! The German company Töpfer has been producing baby food for over 100 years - the company was founded in 1911. Since 1989 it has been producing organic baby food certified by the EU. The company has its own laboratory and cooperates with scientific and medical institutions in the process of formulating its products. Extensive experience and latest production and research technologies make the company a European leader in its field.

                  In the south of Germany, near the Alps, on the border with Switzerland, is one of the cleanest places in Europe. In 1926, Töpfer moved his factory here in order to use exclusively pure grains, vegetables and cow's milk from nearby farms. Currently, Töpfer uses organic products from nearby farms and exclusively the milk of cows grazing in the foothills of the Alps!

                  Strict safety and quality control:
