One day my two-year-old daughter tells me that she wants a real baby that poops. I immediately think that she wants a little baby brother or sister. We were at the store and she says “look, mommy, the pooping baby, can I have that?” There it was, a Baby Alive that actually poops. While looking at these dolls, I noticed that there were so many different types. Talking with some of my friends with kids, I learned that a Baby Alive is a pretty popular doll among girls. I have to admit these dolls are pretty amazing. Some of them can crawl, talk, pee, poop, be styled. With so many types, it can be difficult finding the right one. History of Baby Alive Dolls
Baby Alive Dolls first came onto the market in 1973. They were produced by the Kenner company. The dolls came with little packets of food that needed to be mixed with water. Once the food was mixed with water you were able to feed that doll with the included spoon. Once you spoon fed the doll you have to use a lever on the back of the doll to make the mouth go up and down and eat the food. After the doll ate the food, the food would go through the doll and come out into the diaper.
In 1992 the first talking Baby Alive Doll came out. The doll automatically ate the food, there was no more lever on its back. The doll didn’t sell very well as it made a lot of gear noises and the doll had an adult female sounding voice.
In 1995 a new version of the Baby Alive doll was released. This doll did not talk and came with a potty , snacks and juice boxes.
After Hasbro took over the Kenner company the Baby Alive Doll was re-released in 2006. A variety of Baby Alive Dolls came out. They produced ones that talked and had a baby voice, they have ones the poop, eat, crawl and even some just to snuggle with.

I actually want to get this one for my little girl when she gets a little bigger. Play N Style Christina is a cute doll with long hair. Your child will have fun pretending to blow dry her hair, then actually being able to brush it, style it with braids or ponytails. Christina comes with a colorful hair extension that your child can put in the dolls hair. What’s super fun about this doll is being able to style and restyle her hair over and over again. You can even purchase hair chalk or extra hair extensions (available at dollar stores or Wal-Mart) that your child can use on her doll or her own hair. Some moms I spoke to said they let their daughter’s style the dolls hair while they were getting their own hair brushed and styled and it helped limit the whining and crying. Baby Alive Snugglin Sarina is a good Baby Alive to get for a young girl as their first doll. She doesn’t have any fancy features like some other Baby Alive dolls, however, she is super cute and her thumb fits in her mouth. Sarina comes with a hat that is attached to her head and is wearing a onesie outfit. Sarina is great for holding, snuggling and playing mommy. It is recommended for girls 18 mts and up, but I think you can give her at 12 mts. This doll comes with the doll only.

She is a soft, sweet, cuddly little baby doll. This was actually the first baby doll I bought my daughter. Like Baby Alive Snugglin Sarina, there aren’t any fancy features. Which is good in my opinion, because if it did, then you would probably be the one changing the diaper. This doll can put her thumb or toe in her mouth, just like a real baby. She is a cute doll. My daughter loves this doll so much that we ended up getting all three versions (blonde, brown and African-American). This doll comes with a blanket and a bottle. This is a great doll for children 12mts-4

No, You can only use the special food that comes with the baby. Also, make sure your child knows that the special food is food baby only and not them. The food is non-toxic however, you do not want your child to eat the food. Also, it is important not to fill the Baby Alive doll’s sippy cups or bottles with anything besides water. Filling the cups or bottles with anything else could cause mold or bacteria to grow inside the doll if not cleaned out properly. Water is the only liquid that should be used.
Is it possible to use regular Play-Doh as food?I have not personally tried it, but after some research, I found that people have tried using Play-Doh and it worked well with the food shapers.
It also went through the doll pretty well and did not get stuck. Make sure when making the food with the included food shapers, that your child only uses a little at a time. Placing big chucks inside the doll’s mouth could cause it to get stuck and not work properly.
This depends on the type of Baby Alive you purchase. For younger girls 1 – 2 I would choose Baby Alive Luv N Snuggle or Baby Alive Snugglin Sarina, they are great first time dolls. For girls 3-9 I would choose one of the other Baby Alive dolls that have more features such as eating or peeing.

As a result of a house robbery initiated by some intruder, a young woman, Lisa, suffers a serious head injury, and her young son Jude, who was a direct witness of the robbery, receives psychological trauma, due to which he withdraws into himself and refuses to talk to anyone.
Jude doesn't say a word even when his parents are around. Now the boy speaks with the help of sheets and a pen. And so for a very long time. Lisa, along with her husband Sean and Jude, decide to briefly move to a country holiday home, relatively far from the city's infrastructure. Wandering through the nearby forest, Jude notices on the surface of the earth either a hand, or another part of the body, apparently a large doll. Jude's curiosity gets the better of him and he walks up to the place that beckons him, starting to dig. So Jude digs up someone buried porcelain doll-smiling boy that no longer rested in a pit, but in a kind of grave. Lisa sees Jude's find and allows him to take it with him. At home, Liza cleans the doll of dirt, tints the face in some places and generally brings it to its original appearance, as if the doll had just come off the production line. Lisa and Sean notice that Jude is very often with the doll and does not want to part with it. As Jude explains, the doll's name is Brahms, saying that she herself told him the name.
Parents believe that their son has found a suitable friend, replacing the real one until his mental recovery. Lisa and Sean consult a psychotherapist and are advised never to take the doll away from their son. Liza begins to notice some oddities in the doll, reminiscent of children's horror stories about demonic dolls coming to life. And the doll, meanwhile, really shows signs reminiscent of children's horror stories: while no one sees it, it moves its head, changes the position of the body, or even moves from room to room ...
Liza learns from her son, who is still in contact with others with sheets and pens, that now the doll is the master of the situation, and she will set the rules for how their family lives. Lisa and Sean don't like what their son tells them. And if Sean believes that his son is viciously, but deliberately fooling around, then Lisa, who was a witness to the paranormal, tends to believe in the demonic origin of the doll. Sean thinks that his wife has a little mental problem, so she supposedly sees something that is not really there.
In other words, he involuntarily imagines. Jude, meanwhile, sometimes talks, in the future he will finally begin to do it fully. Lisa does not want to calm down and conducts her own investigation. So she learns that the doll is indeed demonic, and is able to manipulate its owner, forcing him to kill and make sacrifices. It also becomes clear that the doll is more than a dozen years old, and, apparently, it has undergone repeated restoration. In general, Lisa understands that the demonic doll wanders from family to family for a very long time, and over and over again manages to outlive its owners. In addition, Lisa witnesses how the heavy dining table located in the house overturns. Sean does not believe his wife that the doll or their son did it, besides, the son would not have been able to do it corny due to insufficient physical strength. Sean thinks that Lisa herself knocked over the table, playing with her paranormal investigations. Seeking to be right, Lisa discovers an ominous notebook with illustrations of murders in Jude's room, where they also draw her and Sean's bodies.
Jude himself is depicted as the killer, unquestioningly fulfilling the will of the doll. Adding mystique to all this is Jude's laconic statement addressed to his mother: "Don't piss off the doll."
Joseph, the groundskeeper, confronts Lisa for a moment. He is not happy that she sniffs out the history of the doll. Joseph says that he once also restored the found doll, that is, Brahms. The doll seemed to be asking him to do it. Subsequently, Joseph fell under the absolute control of Brahms. According to the caretaker, Brahms knew that Jude would appear in the area. The main goal of the caretaker, entrusted to him by the doll, was that he should properly control the merger of the weak-willed Jude and Brahms into a single being. Lisa escapes from a clearly inadequate Joseph and hastily searches for her son. She finds him in a nearby house in the basement. Jude, with a porcelain mask on his face, is in a kind of trance, but at the same time he is semi-conscious. Clearly by deceit, Lisa is trying to convey to her son that everything will be fine, and that there will be no happiness in their family without Brahms.
Lisa convinces Jude that it's time for them to go to their home and take the doll with them. Sean, who was simultaneously investigating the history of the doll, enters the basement. He smashes the head of nearby Brahms with a croquet mallet. At this time, Joseph enters the basement. Joseph panics at the sight of the broken Brahms and begins to fight in hysterics. Brahms shows his true essence, that is, demonic. Behind the broken porcelain shell of the head, we see a terrible creature - a bloodthirsty, charred demon. Brahms kills Joseph. Jude manages to calm Brahms, take him in his arms and throw him into a fiery furnace, where he finally dies. After a nightmare, the family returns to their home. It would seem that peace and harmony have come in the family, but one night Jude gets up from his bed and puts on a Brahms porcelain mask, with the phrase that followed, as if merging with him into a single being.

Kapeets, this is such nonsense, the first part was chic with an unexpected ending, and they made another supernatural nonsense out of this, it’s even a shame, I thought there would be a continuation with the same actors that something would make them return to the house, yes even this the family would fit, well, I mean that the previous heroes from the first part would have found a reason there to return and save me from the maniac, in general, the film disappointed me to put it mildly (

I was delighted with the ending of the first part, when the whole film was filled with mysticism, and the end turned out to be very rational. I am equally disappointed by the ending of the second film. Technically qualitatively, the script is weak and trivial.

The atmosphere of the film is quite creepy, sometimes frightening. Acting on the level, picture, music is good. BUT there is one BUT: the beautiful ending and the concept of part 1 were turned into something supernatural. What was it? How, why, why? Many questions.
