- Recipe serving size: 1 to 2 tablespoons

- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
Instructions:
- Puree avocado and mango in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve baby 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture. Freeze remainder in 1 ounce ice cube trays.

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon (225 g) pear, seeded, quartered, steamed
- 1 Tablespoon (200 g) avocado, halved, seeded, peeled
- 1 Tablespoon (400 g) mango, peeled, seeded, halved and steamed
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Start the machine, and increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute., using the tamper to push ingredients into the blades.
