Take the desired amount of puree (do not use a metal spoon), heat it up and check the temperature. Start with 1 tsp. and gradually increase the amount (at 5-6 months - 50-150 g per day, at 7-8 months - 150-170 g per day, at 9-12 months - 180-200 g per day, older children - as needed). The amounts shown are approximate, the amount of puree required depends on the age at which complementary foods are started and the baby's appetite.

Important note
