Add two-thirds of the bechamel sauce to the chilled pumpkin puree, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Then lay out the pumpkin mass, chard and lasagna sheets in layers in the form, cover with a layer of pumpkin. Spread the remaining sauce over the lasagna, put fresh sage leaves on top. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

For 1 liter of 150 g raw cashew nuts (without skin), pour enough water in a bowl and let them swell for 2 hours, or better to leave overnight.
