Great product - customer service is questionable

I really like Wean Green and have ordered in the past. I appreciate the use of glass over plastic, the stackable container for organizing, and that the product works well in the dishwasher. HOWEVER - on this particular order the order was incomplete. I have emailed company 3 times in the past seven days and not one response from the company. Based upon the review below this may be my last order from Wean Green as well.

Best glass containers

I am in the process of replacing my plastic containers with glass. These are the absolute best glass containers I have tried. In fact, I just got my third or fourth order! I am buying for me and my three daughters and they love them also. The only thing I would change is that they make an even bigger container. I have not had an issue or complaint thus far. Containers are packed well and all of my orders have arrived in tact and exactly what I ordered! I’ll definitely continue to order more and, hopefully, there will be a larger container in my future. Thanks for a great product!

I love the sturdy glass, the airtight storage and the fun colored lids. My only feedback is that it would be nice if they were stackable or had a good storage system for small kitchens. Also, I was hoping the containers would be larger.

I've ordered several times and everything has been great but this last time I received 2 cracked lids to my meal tubs..orange and blue. I have sent two emails about this but have had no response hoping soon I do. I've never had an issue before this.

Stylish and bright lunch boxes will certainly come in handy while traveling. All your favorite products will fit into 3 bright containers. The boxes are made in the style of Terrance and are ideally combined with other products in this series.

Features:

Set of 3 containers in blue, orange and green.
Trunki travel cases are depicted on the lids of the lunch boxes.
Containers are of different sizes, they can be nested into each other like a nesting doll, which allows you to conveniently store and transport dishes.
Boxes are made of high quality safe plastic without BPA and phthalates. Parents can be sure that the baby will not receive dangerous substances with food that can harm a fragile child's body.
Lunch boxes are not suitable for microwave use. Food must be heated separately from dishes. The base of the boxes can be washed in the dishwasher, and it is recommended to wash the covers by hand with soapy water and a soft sponge to avoid damage and erasure of the applied pattern.
